DISNEYLAND CONTENT CAPTURE SHOOT | PARK COVERAGE + LIVE SHOW
Directed in Collaboration with Yellow Shoes

Disney’s internal advertising agency, Yellow Shoes, brought me on to direct a four-day video production at Disneyland, capturing a live, on-stage performance alongside immersive park footage for internal and promotional use.

We filmed during both regular park hours and exclusive off-hours access—navigating crowds, live environments, and shifting light to bring out the full emotional and visual range of the Disneyland experience. The live show element required multi-camera direction, and a focus on real-time audience connection, while our park coverage blended cinematic movement with unscripted, documentary-style moments. There was also a Stills team, with photography by Lily Glass.

Directing in a space as dynamic as Disneyland meant leading a full crew through tight turnarounds, adapting quickly on-site, and working closely with cast, production, and park operations to ensure every frame hit the mark. The final result is a layered, high-energy visual piece that reflects both the spectacle and spirit of the park—captured with intention, precision, and heart. I’m a huge Disney fan myself, so this project was especially meaningful for me, and I absolutely love seeing these frames peppered into TV + Online Ads
